Better Health Together (BHT) serves as a Community Care Hub in Eastern Washington, working with community-based organizations, behavioral health specialists, and healthcare centers to create a network that can connect individuals with the right care for them, whether it be navigating complex health systems, breaking down barriers like language access, or finding vital resources for everyday basic needs.
